Dispatch items back within: 30 days of delivery
Shipping costs will not be refunded.
TINMING
Orders will be shipped as soon after you have placed your order when possible or within 1-3 business days of your order. If I am unable to get your order posted within three days I will contact you directly. I do my best to get your orders out as quickly as I can.
Once shipped, it may take approximately 3-5 days for national destinations (UK) or 10-24 working days to arrive at international destinations, this is subject to customs clearance and transport conditions. Please remember that I have no control or guaranteed time estimates for when your package will arrive, and therefore am not responsible for delays.
If your purchase is time sensitive and you need expedited shipping please feel free to contact me and I can make arrangements for you. Just be aware that the shipping costs may be higher.
COSTUMES AND TAXES
Please note: each country has their own custom policies and duty taxes. International customers are responsible for these duties, taxes, and other fees incurred on international packages. I have no way of calculating how much these fees would be, should they occur, and I am not responsible for those charges. For any additional information please refer to your local customs agency.
